Refund and Returns Policy – Advent Voices
Overview
At Advent Voices, we sell digital music downloads. Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final. We do not provide cash refunds.
Credits Instead of Refunds
If you encounter issues with your purchase (e.g., duplicate charges, inaccessible downloads, or technical errors), we may, at our discretion, issue you store credit. This credit can be applied toward another purchase or a future purchase on Advent Voices.
Eligibility for Credits
Credits may be issued if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You purchased the same digital item multiple times in error.
- You experienced a technical issue that prevented access to your music download, and we cannot resolve it.
Processing Time
If your request is approved, credits will be applied to your Advent Voices account within 10 business days.
Exchanges
Since our products are digital, exchanges are not applicable. Instead, we may provide a replacement download link or store credit.
Governing Law
This Refund and Returns Policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
